...AND SO THE STORY CONTINUES...

The Fender Benders were born one day when two state employees decided to start a band to play local classic car shows. The bands repertoire and reputation grew to the point that it would play anywhere sombody would listen. If they got payed so much the better. At the heart of the bands philosophy is the idea that live music should be fun, entertaining and make you want to dance even if you can't. We hope you'll come see us sometime.

THE BAND

Dallas Mallory

What can be said about Dallas that the local authorities don't already know about? To start with he's one fine drummer. A native of Madison, Mo, Dallas soon realized that Madison was not the end of the world (although you can see it from there) and moved to Columbia where you're liable to see him performing in any number of venues from The Fender Benders to local piano bars.

Mark Sobolik

Asked to join the band primarily because of his formidable skills as a bassist
Doug soon realized the the bonus of having someone else in the band who's last name is almost as impossible to pronounce as his own. A fine vocalist as well, Mark brings wealth of new jokes for  Doug to pawn off as his own. If Mark ever gets wind of his real value he'll probably demand a raise. We'll just keep it our little secret.

Doug Ducich

Pronounced duece-itch, the old man of the group and a veteran of bands coast to coast. The fact that he's still at it begs the question, "When are you going to stop this nonsense and start acting your age?"
